Sooooo disappointed! This was our first (and last) time here. Three of us. Tuesday night. Seated quickly. Service was slow. We ordered the pretzel for an appetizer and it was yummy. Cheese and honey mustard sauce weren't that good. I ordered the pulled pork bbq with mashed potatoes. My girlfriend had the ravioli and my brother had the Mac and cheese with brisket. There was a tiny dab of bbq sauce the size of a half dollar coin and the meat was nearly cold. I asked for more sauce and it felt like it came straight out of the fridge. My brother's food was just disgusting! He tried two bites and spit them both out. My girlfriend tried to eat about half the ravioli and just couldn't stomach it. The worst part was our server never once asked us if there was something wrong with the food. She put the check on the table and said "No rush". I was so unhappy. I asked to speak to the manager and pretty much got an "I'm sorry" and I stilled paid the full bill of $70. We will not return and will never recommend. Tap House? More like crap house!

Don't get me wrong. I like the restaurant. But the service here is the worst. I don't know if they only staff this place with people who have never worked in the food industry or what. But as of right now. I have had to remind my waitress that she didn't take my order yet. And I have been finished with my food for over 40 minutes and no one has come by to give me my check or ask if we need anything?? We are about to just get up and leave because we have been waiting for the check for literally 40 minutes. Our waitress is no where to be found. Honestly. No wait staff is even around. And it's not the only time. I get comps all the time to spend here and the service is always atrocious. It's embarrassing how bad it is.
